You’re secure in the knowledge that you’re completing your course with a leading National provider of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training in Australia. Urban E-Learning is a National Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

We provide a nationally recognised National Statement of Attainment accepted in QLD, WA, NT and TAS.

NSW has different requirements for their RSA Course, including the provision of a “Competency Card”, and as a result, the price is more expensive for the NSW RSA course.
The issued certificate is for the RSA Online SITHFAB002: Responsible Service of Alcohol.
These competencies are part of the SIT20316 – Certificate II in Hospitality.
If you would like more information specific to your State or Territory please click here. RSA is mandatory in some States and Territories and not in others. In some cases, it is mandatory for certain jobs.

Firstly, we would recommend you do a Food Handling Course (Online) as you will most likely need this, or it will be regarded favourably if you have it, if you are involved in handling food at all.
Secondly, your employer may require you to be able to show a National Police Check, to demonstrate that you do not have any criminal history. You can get a National Police Check online at Urban Verified for only $44 for a full employment check, or $24 for a volunteer check.
